Health Care Reform Resource Center
In March 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act (HCEARA) were signed into law, resulting in sweeping changes to health care regulations on both federal and state levels. Most changes required by this legislation will be implemented between now and 2014, with remaining changes taking place well into the future.
At Unison, we’re here to make sense of it all.
Not only do our benefits consultants stay informed on the changes that impact you directly, they’re here to answer any of your questions as they arise. We’ll work with you on implementing this legislation and help you transition through this process as easily as possible.
