Ideas for Engaging Your Employees and Increasing Participation in Wellness Programs

Wednesday, May 9, 2012

One of the most common questions asked by employers is "How do I get more employees to participate in our wellness program?" Many employers spend significant time, money and energy pulling together a great program, but only a few employees partake. No matter how well a health and wellness program may be designed, if few people participate, the overall results will be low or totally ineffective. Taking time to plan for increased participation is vital to any wellness program. Kris Keykal from AdvantageHealth will be sharing some valuable advice and real life examples that can help jumpstart participation in your program this year.

Join Us For A Presentation & Round Table Discussion Focused On

  • the top 10 strategies and best practices to maximize participation
  • common participation barriers and solutions to overcome them
  • example strategies that have worked for other companies and what might work for you

After this seminar, you will be able to identify what your program may need to boost interest and you will walk away with new ideas to implement at your worksite.
